Just finished up basically 2.5 days of moving from TN to GA. Going to be putting foot to pavement with this plan. Thursday night I did enjoy my fair share of chick Fil a but my energy expenditure the past few days has probably been at an all time high. I got in all my meals otherwise and I am down 4 lb this morning. Also not planned but more so being a responsible adult and man of my home I only trained Sunday and Tuesday this week which were brief sessions at best. Going to view this as a positive as I know my body is now rested and ready to go!
I will enjoy Christmas with my family more so because I want to be an example for my son and eat what everyone else is eating, that’s important to me.
