December 18 – Hamstrings
Short but effective session today, knocked it out and back home to pack.
I went in today telling myself I wanted to RDL 500 for really solid reps. I put it on the bar twice last year but the reps were not the quality of expect for myself. Today was much better, I was very happy with the set today.
Standing hamstring Curl – slow and controlled eccentrics throughout
80 x 8
70 x 8
Barbell RDL – both sets done with a slight pause, second set pause was longer
495 x 6
405 x 7 (tried to get a bit more depth on my second set)
Lying DB Leg Curl
35 x 12
40 x 8
45 x 8 Max set
45 x 13 partials out of the bottom this was done as a constant tension set.
