Disregard that last question. You’ve already answered it. But in terms of the supplementation, I just wanted to know if you recommend taking all that you listed even for amateurs who aren’t near as accredited as you are.
secondly, I’ve noticed on your last set for most exercises you’re able to get more reps than the prior working sets, with an even heavier weight. Why is this?
