Interesting to follow along here Shaun.
Do you train 6 days a week off-season? 2 x Chest/Tri, 2 x Back/Bi, 2 x Legs (1 quad/1 hamstring dominant)?
Have you found that you need to cut down on the volume when you do a body part twice a week? Do you go heavy both days or one lighter day?
