Hi Matt
Just pain no crackling or grinding. The only thing I have done Is wear a knee sleeve which helps a bit. Apart from that though to be able to squat/hack squat/leg press I have to take a wider than shoulder width stance to minimise knee pain but I feel I’m not hitting any quad and thats where my delevelopment is lacking
