Hi Matt
First of all congratulations on the site. I’m really looking forward to the content
I have had exactly the same patella tendonitis of both knees for 3 years now. It’s really slowed my progress with not being able to heavy load on any squat or leg press movements.
What tips do you have to help still progress?
