Hey Jorge – in terms of adductors the best thing I can say to you is to focus on slow eccentrics on Deep wide stance leg press and wide squats driving your knees out throughout the movement. Also getting really strong at the adductor machine being able to hold a full contraction on each rep as well as pause in the semi stretched position. Another movement that I really like for my adductors is lying DB leg curls as the adductor is in an isometric hold contraction throughout the movement
