Hey Guys now that the App is coming out any day now I wanted to be more consistent with logging my daily training so that is what will be done here. That way for those of you who are interested you can see exactly what I am doing if you are aiming to either follow along with my progress OR if you are aiming to replicate for yourself.

My goal right now is to get as strong as I possibly can to add as much tissue as possible so that is what I am after right now!
