This is definitely something I take into consideration during prep and like a lot of things I think you develop more of a sensitivity to them the less you have them. When I am in prep I reduce art sweetners from all sources and I notice when I have them I seem to notice more discomfort from them. In the off season I am open to having them but yet I do not find it causes digestive stress. Ultimately yes it can cause issue so I do reduce / remove as prep goes on especially in the final weeks.
On another note though I am honestly more leery of miss labled or under dosed supplements than I am sucralose.
The amount of art sweetener you have to consume in order for this even to be a possibility is pretty much impossible. You would have to be consuming gallons of the art sweetener alone daily. I would not stress this man
