Going off of Jim’s post:
Matt, what do you think of using stevia on many meals throughout the day? Any harm or water retention that you notice or forsee? I have seen many bodybuilders lately adding cinnamon and stevia to literally almost every meal they consume. I’ve heard stevia and other artificial sweetners can trigger insulin issues because of your body’s reaction to the sweet taste.
