Charles has stayed on this above plan since we started it on the 5th and has continued to hit new lows but not drastic drops which is what we want. In an ideal situation I want to fill everyone up one last time before the final push and thankfully everyone is in a place where that can happen today.
Charles is sticking to his diet today and doing AM cardio only – training arms and I have replaced his meal 5 with a chick fil a meal
1 original sandwhich no butter
4 count strips
2 medium fries
today is the first day of prep where i have seen his quad sweep a bit flat (which is okay at this phase) but that is my reasoning for the food and decrease in cardio.
