After training yesterday I made two adjustments to the meal plan for the rest of the night.
Meal 4 instead of 70g of oats we did 120g of oats
Meal 5 Nathan had 1 chick fil a original sandwhich no butter, 4 count of strips, 2 medium fries and a cookie. He woke up today up 1.5 lb still flat but the goal was accomplished in that he is not overly flat and we are also not trying to be bursting full right now. Still room to improve!

Today we are resuming baseline plan as written above
