Michaela is now two days out and has hit a new low today for her prep. She is VERY sharp this morning. I honestly think a lot of this low came from her being in a really good headspace right now and also more rest going into the show. We are going very moderate with things just little changes today vs yesterday. As of now I increased carbs by 20g per meal in meals 1-5, but will have her update me after every other meal today and go from there. Most likely she will train today and have complete rest tomorrow but again TBD
