Hey Matt, 2 questions.
1. What are the macronutrient totals now approximately? Also how long do you plan to continue the 6x a week cardio?
2. This is a bit off topic, but have you seen high RDW on athletes bloodwork? Is there anything you’ve done to address this? My MCV came back slightly below range too. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
