Will be making daily changes at this point as Michaela is 4 days out, today is a travel day for her so just trying to keep things as stable as possible. She did a light cardio session in the morning and will train once she arrives. She is gaining 3 hours of time so these days are a bit tough but I like to have them train once they arrive to aid in flushing any water from the trip.
