Shaun I think got a gift on Saturday that I have only done 3-4 times in my coaching career. He is very much ready and so ready I felt he needed something big so I told him to hit his favorite breakfast spot Saturday and eat whatever he wanted as long as he did not make himself sick. We finished out the day doing 250g of Jasmine Rice per meal.
We continued doing 250g of rice per meal yesterday got his weight up a total of 5 lbs which is perfect based off of how quickly his body is responding at this point!
