Iain I would say is just now holding signs of showing the slightest bit flat…if we can say flat even its a relative amount of flatness vs how full he has been since Spain. After him sending me videos tonight I am however confident that these are the best set of PM images I have seen of him all year.
Yesterday morning he hit a low of this prep so we kept all meals in outside of one meal and replaced with a burger and fry which he woke up today .4 lbs heavier. Very much on track here very excited for him. Diet is still consistent with what is listed out above in latest post.
