Nathan Update Now 11 Days out
I am sure many of you saw we did a very fast trip to Pittsburgh and back between Saturday and Sunday. Diet wise we did not do Cardio on Saturday held to the low diet all day and replaced his last meal with a Burger and double fry to end the night. This has been his second cheat meal in 8 weeks. It was an early weigh in on Saturday but between Saturday (an off day) and today being Monday he is down 5 lbs so the burger was very much needed. We resumed the low day plan today, hit 45 min of cardio this am and trained legs.
