5 Weeks Post Show Rebound – Will be doing a video on this for more in depth information but I am sitting at 249 this morning. I had my first cheat this weekend at North Americans (did not miss any other meals) and I came back actually down 2 lbs, granted this meal did not digest the best but it does tell me that my body is in homeostasis now and I can start to push the food more so. 2-3 weeks ago I would have 100% gained weight from this meal as it was going up almost daily on a set diet. I have been fluttering +/- 249-250 now since Aug 21 so its a good time to start bringing things up a bit!
