Deadstop off of rack on each rep. Worked up to 5pps x 8 / 6pps x 5

Parallel Bi Lateral DB Row
Aclimated up to 1 max set at 120lb x max reps staying as close to parallel as we can

Incline Chest Supported DB row (upper back focus)
2 max sets x 10 reps driving elbows back and wide fully

Seated Cable Low Row taking lower back out fully by staying in a fixed position leaning into the stack
Started at 100 lbs and made 20 lbs jumps until a max set of 8 (stayed there for two sets)
