We did get all three days on camera, some really good footage.

I do use magnesium supplementation in a few forms.

I use a product called Natural calm, as well as Solaray multi minerals 2-3x a day at 2 caps per meal. There is also this product from morphogen nutrition that I love called Morphocalm that does not have magnesium in it but it does have a great profile of other ingredients (phosphatidylserine, KSM 66 Full Spectrum ashwaganda, DIM, L Theanine, Calcium D glucarate and Kanna) that I like to use post cardio and post training.
