Update on Charles – Its been a great week of training this week! Charles strength is still really high and energy is there in the gym!
On Monday for his high day after training and 4 meals in he was only up 1.2 lb so we switched meal 5 for 3 chick fil a sandwhiches and 2 medium fries. I wanted to get his weight up a little because things are starting to move quick. We finished the day as laid out so keeping meal 6 intact as laid out. He woke up Tuesday Morning at 252 so up right about 3 lbs he was 248.8 on Monday AM.
