Update on Shaun
We are still operating off of the same plan as laid out above. Following last weekends refeeds he hit a new low again yesterday so we refed again. Few slight changes to his day yesterday as laid out below
Keeping base plan intact
Meal 1 – Add 50g COR and 12g PB2
Pre and Post Meals – add 1 bagel and 20g of jam to BOTH
Meals 4 and 5 – 280g Rice at each meal.
I really find with all of these athletes that once you find the sweet spot with the nutrition and they are making progress that progress is continued not through continuing to pull but keeping them on that low end sweet spot and then bringing food up 1-2 days a week.
