I switched up Michaela’s refeed a bit this weekend. We didnt do any meals out and we kept baseline fats the exact same so no added fats from her base diet. We did 210g of rice at EACH meal so 360g of carbs of rice for the day. Her weight went from 121 – 124 which again is what we want and it was a very clean look. She took her best in gym set of pics during this prep. Things are very much on track with her!
Nothing else has changed from base plan above.
She has also for now decided to keep training to once a day and is just training later in the day / doing cardio to follow. We have a cool thing going with her and Nathan prepping so they are in the gym at the same time a long with our training partners.
