To be honest man I prefer that hunger and empty stomach feeling during prep, some dont Nathan is a prime example he would rather have that carbonation bloated feeling, it does not hinder his progress but in order to improve and make digestion as efficent as possible we will just cut these out the final weeks. I know Justin Compton when he was prepping for the Kentucky Muscle he was having 1-2 liters of diet soda a day and was in great condition.
