I have 2 question about the “pre” workout shake, first one is about the salt, why do you use it ? for a better hydratation and a better pump ? Or for other reasons ?
And the other question is about the creatine, i’ve always heard that it’s was better to take it post workout with some fast digestive carbs, why did you take it before ?
