Hey Sameer – I dont keep a timer at all I go when I feel I am recovered enough to give my best effort which I am sure if you tracked it you could find the time similarities pretty quick but I go on my top sets more based off of my bodies feedback of when its ready.
Ben – I believe you really just need to emphasize upper back training and rear delts and you will have no problem. I think its better for beginners to become masters of technique which will carry through their training development more so than not handling form 100% yet training more often.
French BB – COR = Cream of Rice
Pink salt or salt in general (just a more pure form) aid in cellular hydration and nutrient transport two great things to have going into training.
That is only TRUE working sets to failure not total sets including warm ups buddy.
