I hit 222.8 today which I am very happy about. Seemed to give me a boost to my spirits today that all the work is paying off. Now I want to maintain here as best as I can and slowly drop not continue drops like I had been since the high day. Just as a point of reference Saturday I woke up at 231.8 and today being Tuesday 222.8. Trained shoulders today was a good workout all things considered, hitting my final leg workout tomorrow.
