Hey Jim – So the high’s and the stingray are close to the same fit. If you have a wide foot i would go with either of these if your foot is more narrow I would go with the warrior.
My favorite movement for sure is plate loaded dips or dips with a weighted belt. I dont think I have done triceps in the past year without doing one of the two.
