Taking the advice of my wife today and taking a full rest day, no cardio, no training and eating up. I have pushed my hardest this week and I am now gaining weight which tells me something is off. Gone from 225.4-226.4-227.6 the past three days. The thing is I have had a planned rest day every week of this prep up until the past week when I just pushed through it, another great reminder that if its not broken no need in trying to fix it. I am calling myself out here as well.
