Cardio – 50 min AM on bike

1.5 scoop Greens shake / 10g glutamine / 10g fiber

Meal 2
200g Yukon Potato
10oz Tilapia Cooked
5 stalks Asparagus / onion and pepper

Pre Workout

Meal 3 – Post Workout
140g Rice (dropped carbs 20g on July 3)
250g Steak

Meal 4
280g Cod cooked
Onions and peppers

Prior to meal 5
Green Shake with Metagenics digestive powder

Meal 5
250g Salmon
Onions and peppers

Meal 6
65g Whey Isolate

Note: Once I got back to from the Cal I pretty much had meal 5 and then my whey meal 6 within an hour of each other sometimes as fast as finish meal 5, brush teeth, shot and then slam shake)
