Woke up at 227.2 this AM following yesterday which was 45 min of AM cardio / Morning Glute Training / PM Chest Training.

Today I did an hour on the bike this morning and will be training legs this afternoon. I am filming this for a series I am going to release here which will be a documentary series leading through the last four weeks of my prep with daily footage the final week! Really excited about working on this and bringing it to you guys!
