Here is the “Peak” Leading into the qualifying show this weekend. This was a very moderate approach but based off of when I had last refed (the Saturday prior to the show) and my response from that I felt I had a good idea of the food intake I needed. The entire weekend day by day the intake was lower than my normal high days but the goal is also different. My goal was to be as sharp as I could be vs on a high day or days I am aiming to overfill and spill glycogen a bit. You can also get more insight as to what is written here by following my day to day videos leading into the show!

Here are the notes down to the T of water intake, digestive aids, minerals, bowel movements you name it! This was a good practice run for me and I definitely see things I can improve on, I was not going to be 100% for this show but I am happy with how my glutes improved the final week. I also think I do better on just a bit of sodium and fats pre stage and minimal sugars it gets my HR going to fast and I have a harder time controlling my breathing. So I am glad to have that narrowed out now prior to USA’s.

Woke up at 229.4 so up 4.5 lb really not sure why other than I did not flush well enough yesterday on the trip. (I woke up and peed every 60-90 min through the night) Due to this I am not going to be able to load and relax as plan I am going to aim to get the water moving with some light cardio.
