Woke up at a new prep low of 228.8 today following a rest day yesterday. I had my last high day on Saturday and woke up Sunday morning at 231.2. Yesterday I dropped carbs back to the lowest of prep and increased protein and woke up to a new low today. Did 30 min of AM cardio this morning and Train legs today which I filmed and will be on the site as well as a pretty in depth update.
