So with that being said I believe the best approach for an off season athlete either enhanced or natural is to make the most out of straight sets to failure until you are no longer making progress (which should take YEARS), most variables if we are honest with ourselves take us away from that without truly maximizing straight sets to failure. The only reason why my training has changed (some and not a lot) is because my environment changed, my body is in a different place. Once I go back to off season I will go right back to doing what I did because it works!

Again not trying to discourage questions but lets leave this thread to things pertaining to Nathan, what you asked is a great question for the Q/A!
