Woke up today 1 lb heavier than yesterday so rinse and repeat today for me. I did put the 40 min of cardio back in and trained back with one of my long time friends today. We have been training partners since 7th grade. Eating essentially the exact same diet as yesterday I am thinking with both days I will be 3 lbs heavier tomorrow then start to push again.
