    About training .

    What are in your opinion the best exercises to develop forearms?

    What advice can you give to improve hamstrings, thinking about the overall look of them from the back(back Double bíceps pose) and from the  side(side chest pose).

    Matt, I’ve been dieting since July as I said in other questions.

    I was using some efedrine + caffeine(ingredients from the supplement), before going up my calories, did you think it’s better to first take a break on the stimulants?

    my diet was about 150g carbs the last few weeks and I increase it a little bit  this last week

    Hey Matt

    How much do you think is important to use Matador during the offseason or precontest.

    Here in Brazil never saw any similar supplement.

    And to buy from internet it get really expensive for me (1 dollar = 3.6 real).

    To be honest thats the biggest reason to wish to live in the usa someday

    Never felt so strong in the gym during a cutting phase

    Hey Matt . I’m dieting since July. Was preping for a show and had to change the plans.

    How can I make a good transition for an offseason ?

    I’m at my best conditioning and I want to bring up the physique before start a prep for next year.

    I’m trying to be my own coach right now. Never did this befor.

    Hi Matt, i’m Wanner from Brazil.
    I’m trying to bring up my Back and Hamstrings
    both are my weakness areas.

    You think hitting back 2x week (one day focusing on rowing movements and other with pulling movements) are the best options ?

    For hamstring I’m doing one day focusing that muscle and 4 or 6 working sets with the Quads day are this a good option too ?

    I’m on a cutting phase right now, was prepping for a competition but had to cancel the plans for now
