I was using some efedrine + caffeine(ingredients from the supplement), before going up my calories, did you think it’s better to first take a break on the stimulants?
my diet was about 150g carbs the last few weeks and I increase it a little bit this last week

Here in Brazil never saw any similar supplement.
And to buy from internet it get really expensive for me (1 dollar = 3.6 real).

I’m at my best conditioning and I want to bring up the physique before start a prep for next year.

I’m trying to bring up my Back and Hamstrings
both are my weakness areas.You think hitting back 2x week (one day focusing on rowing movements and other with pulling movements) are the best options ?
For hamstring I’m doing one day focusing that muscle and 4 or 6 working sets with the Quads day are this a good option too ?
I’m on a cutting phase right now, was prepping for a competition but had to cancel the plans for now
