    Hey Matt! First thing, amazing website! Will be full of very good content in few weeks and for the next months for sure!

     

    Question about training frequency. You said that you’re actually training Dorian Styles, do you talk only about real one failure set per exercise, or/and about low frequency with more rest days than usual (training 4 days a week instead of your old 6 days with everything twice) ?

     

    For an intermediate lifter, do you recommand more a high frequency/low volume/high intensity approach? Makes more sense to practice every big compound mouvements amap no? (Improve the quality/execution more quickly), with the same amount of volume than a traditional split. Juste more divided (2-3x/week for each muscle/week).

     

    Same for shoulders? You said in a old ig post that in most of your athlete and yourself, they tend to progress better with a 1x/week frequency, heavy coumpound etc, because they work already a lot of chest and back days.
