Matt, can you possibly make a video for coaches corner about your mindset coming up in your early days of coaching/training when you weren’t as popular and still had a very young physique and did pressure from people not listening to you and/or doubting you on your way up and through your career with coaching affect you, how did you deal with it? Also, how did you get things kicking/ started off with your training business initially and what are some mistakes you learned from and wish you would have done different. Thanks!

Hey Nick are you generally a person that has to diet off of very low food or higher food? Has this stayed the same for you year to year or has it changed as you have attained more muscle mass? Thanks!

On the post from you on IG of the SL lying leg curls I noticed you where not going all the way down rather about 3/4 the way down. Was this to keep tension on the hamstring and stay in your active range? Just wanted to hear your input on that since generally the goal is to get full range of motion on most movements but do you think this is a movement that doing full range of motion might not actually be the most efficient way of max recruitment? Also, are you sequencing the SL leg curl first to start off since it is  really good at getting peak contraction and connection with your hamstrings then going into DB lying leg curls? Interested in your thought process of exercise order here since I know in the past you have stated that one of your weaker movements is DB leg curls and you wanted to improve them and generally in the majority of your other workouts you put movements that you really want to focus on progression with first.

Why do you not use fiber supplements like project AD’s for example and when would you look into implementing them if you do decide to use them? Also, could you give some insight/ suggestions as to when you would have an athlete run blood work and as to how times a year one should donate blood if red blood cell count if high. Thanks for all that you do!

    1. What advice would you have for someone looking to make a career out of coaching/personal training both online and in person?
    2. What do you like the most out of competing and what do you like the least?Any regrets?
