    Hey Matt. Your style seems fairly low volume and low-ish frequency (body part split). I know it’s hard to generalise, but is that what you prescribe for most of the ‘good’ amateurs (i.e. established competitors but not looking at a pro card any time soon) you work with? What’s your ‘general, all-things-being-equal’ split that you tend to default towards, and do you look for a standard number of sets or workout layout? Thanks.
