    Now that you brought up salt intake. What do you recommend? I feel like there is a lot of confusion on this subject, because everything on the internet seems to be bs.

    Question dude, do you take any stimulants or nootropics to get you though all that training? I didn’t see anything in your diet. Cause that’s some serious output man!

    Hey Matt,

    Loved the article CONTEST PREP TRAINING SETUP. Really insightful man! But now you’ve got me wounding how you set up for off-season? Cause your training logs seem a little free-stylish after your big movements.. Can I get you keen to write another article?

    Also man, with regarding working sets. Using leg press for an example, when using a lighting load you can place tension perfectly though your quads. But as the load increases, load starts being more dispersed through other muscles even know your fighting to hold it in your quads. Where do you draw the line?

    Hey Matt,

    Please forgive me in you have already answered a question similar to this. I’m just wounding if you could give some advice on training with scoliosis.

    My partner has mild scoliosis, and finds it challenging to ‘feel’ one side of her back due to the small curve. Also her hips kick out one side at the bottom of a squat.

    Just wounding how you would approach this with training. Should she stop before the hips kick? And train her back with single arm exercises?

    Grateful for any advice. Thanks.
