    Thanks Matt, I can’t control the dumbbell too well doing that Lying DB leg curl! I tried in the past when Nicolas upload his first video doing it and man… I even can’t feel my hamstring too… I like so much adductors machine to be honest, thank you again Matt!

    Hey Matt, you said you take all the Fasted Supplements before your last meal? Why don’t you put curcumin in your diet buddy? There is a lot studies even double-blind studies talking about the bennefits and properties of curcumin especially in the anti-inflammatory aspect. Thanks for your time Matt.

    Hey Iain, that sounds very good but how many sets you do per each excersise, do you keep this rep range always? Or maybe you do short sets about 6-8reps in the off season! Thanks a lot buddy, the Olympia stage is awaiting for you so then let’s gonna kick it!

    Matt what is the goal of Baby aspirin there?

    Would you put Bergamot polyphenols extract (as a supp) instead of Bergamot fruit. I think Citrus Bergamot and Plant sterols like Beta-Sitosterol,
    Campesterol and estigmasterols are an amazing aid to control cholesterol levels.
