    Hi Matt

In general, I always measure the weight of my carbohydrates before cooking them, since once cooked it depends on the type of rice or the cooking time can vary the nutritional composition. It is something typical in Europe haha.

How many grams of net carbohydrates are 200 grams of jasmine rice?

    Thanks

    Hi Matt

I have always heard that the worst cardio is the bicycle. It is too light cardio and only compromises the quadriceps, especially if you apply resistance. On the other hand, a cardio walking with a good rhythm, for example, is more complete and divides the tension better between quadriceps, hamstrings, gluts, etc. It does not focus as much on the quadriceps and the tension is more distributed, which also implies greater caloric expenditure.

    Hey Matt,

What are your preferences to include cardiovascular exercise in the pre-comtest phase.

That is, you prefer to increase the cadio sessions progressively increasing the duration and days of it or prefer to start with a base

Do you usually include up to two cardio sessions per day? What do you think about the cortisol that cardio can cause, especially in the legs?

    Thanks

    Hi Matt

I’m a few weeks away from my first show. I am self-taught and therefore I do not have a coach.

I have observed that your athletes always come out in a great condition.

I understand not only is a matter of a week if not all a proper preparation for months.

But arrived at the last week “peak week” it is really important to control several aspects so as not to spoil the work of months and even years.

You could give me a vision of your approach for the peak week, I know that each person is a world, but what is your general approach in terms of water in the load, sodium, diuretic, etc … in general terms

    Thanks
