    Thanks Matt

What would your advice be on how to approach, reversing out of a pre contest diet into an off season and rebound phase making the most of this period when body fat is low and insulin sensitivity is high to make the best progress? I know it’s very person dependant but what would your advice be on how aggressively to bump food up? And how much would you reduce cardio by over the weeks? And when would you run your blood work post contest etc? Hope this isn’t to much to ask. Looking forward to seeing your improvements over the next year.

    Hi Matt

How much did you put your calories up by from your last week of the diet leading into the show, to your first day of rebounding.

    Hi Matt

My question is regarding post comp and how to make the most of a successful rebound phase. The plan is to keep fasted cardio in but reduce time by 10 mins for the first few weeks and before slowly tapering it down. How much would you increase in food in calories from the last week of diet? And how much would you increase weekly from there on in? Also compounds, would you suggest keeping compounds the same for a few weeks post comp to really make the most of the rebound phase before slowly tapering them down and coming off and/or cruising and getting blood work done making sure everything is in range before going back on, using different compounds in the off season. Hope that makes sense. Keep up the good work

    Thanks
