    Hey man although this is a contest prep training log just wanted to know if you’re pretty flexible in your offseason no matter how long? Cause I’m order to put on quality tissue you have to eat caloricly dense foods. Thanks!

    Yeah Matt, I agree with the rest when saying I enjoy the full videos. Billy has some great suggestions in what I personally would also love to see. What approach you take to choosing the movements you do and how often you change them, working around blocked schedules like taking care of your son, or having a day job possibly with continuing bodybuilding. I also personally would care to know how you discovered these properties and figured out why the work best for you. Thanks man! Your a big inspiration dude

    Hey man, do you increase calories on days that you train weaker body parts, and are you a big advocate of training weak body parts more than once a weak?

    matt, another follow up question, in terms of diet I heard you say you calculate your protein off of lean body mass (sub 5%). How can someone calculate that without taking the time to diet down all the way to 5% bodyfat

    you’ve obviously built your own programming and training of other athletes on your own. do you believe that new and amateur bodybuilders should start on their own without an assistance of a coach, or do you think they should pay the fees and be structured with coaching?

    hey matt, just wanted you to clarify what pps is?

    and in terms of your build up sets, how do properly warm up by doing 2-3 reps with a certain weight? for example, your last warm up set of d handle tri pushdowns this week was 100 x 4. just wanted to know how to warm up properly, while still using your method of build up.

    Disregard that last question. You’ve already answered it. But in terms of the supplementation, I just wanted to know if you recommend taking all that you listed even for amateurs who aren’t near as accredited as you are.

    secondly, I’ve noticed on your last set for most exercises you’re able to get more reps than the prior working sets, with an even heavier weight. Why is this?
