what is the “best” 5-day Split in your Opionion?
Chest, Tricep
Quads
Back, Biceps
Shoulders
Hams and Calfs
or Classic 5-day split – Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms
I start my Offseason today and im not sure how i split my bodyparts
Thats the reason i want to ask you 🙂
