    Hey Matt,

I would be interested in knowing how you set up your programming for training and how you auto regulate it.  Also, what factors do you use to decide whether to take a second set on a movement or whether to rest-pause a set instead of making it just a straight set?

Nutritionally I would be interested in hearing your rationale on why you are thinking of using a sling-shot approach to your dieting instead of just steadily increasing calories throughout your off season.

    Thanks!

    Hey Michaela,

When you are doing smith machine front squats how do you keep the hooks on the bar from hitting the pins on the rack?  I really like the way smith machine front squats feel, but whenever I go heavy on them or get near failure the hooks on the bar inevitably hit the pins on the rack.

    Hey Matt,

After watching the Olympia I was wondering what you think makes Phil Heaths back(especially lower lats) so big and 3d compared to all the other competitors?  Is it his exercise selection/exercise execution or possibly stretchier fascia tissue due to genetics?  And, what steps do you take with your athletes to try to close the gap between them and Phil on the back double bicep, and back lat spread?

Hey Matt, I have no knee issues.  I have heard some coaches like Jordan Peters say that he notices people that wear wraps often tend to have less muscle mass around the knee.  I was just curious what your take on it was, as I have seen you and Dallas train with knee wraps on your heavy sets in training videos.  And I have noticed many of your clients have good leg development

Would you recommend squatting with wraps or without wraps for maximal quad development?  I am conflicted between the two ideas.  Part of me thinks wraps are better because I can handle a greater amount of weight.  However, part of me thinks that wraps take away from the tension in the bottom part of the squat which could hinder quad development.  Would love to see an in depth video done on this question.
