    Hey Michaela!

    Your core has improved tremendously. Even when I was at really low body fat last year, and I could see all my veins on my stomach my abs still didn’t pop. Can you explain your new approach to training your core?

    Side note, I am a fan of your physique and hope to one day get a little bit close to your level.
