For me, id say the best strength and growth occurs from 14 weeks out to 8 weeks out.

Ive decided to take a full year off from competing, to grow and transition from cp to bb.
What guidelines do you usually recommend in terms off season condition and do you believe in mini cuts when having a longer off season?
Ive always been afraid to get too much out of shape, and this has probably kept me from making optimal process in previous off seasons.
