2 – RPG caps at each carb meal



Weight at 234.2 today. Trained arms today, felt the diet for sure out of the gym but in the gym I felt really good, good pump and connection no complants there.

7oz Chicken
1.5 scoop Greens shake / 10g glutamine / 10g fiber

210g Jasmine Rice
8oz Tilapia Cooked
50g Peas

Meal 3 – Post Workout
70g Cream of Rice
15g Powder PB
65g Whey Isolate

Meal 4
210g Jasmine Rice
8oz Tilapia Cooked

Food for life Tortilla
7oz Flank
Onions and peppers
Greens shake

Meal 6
65g Whey Isolate
